Home and errands with Asa today and weekly visit from home health nurse. He just loves dressing and line cap changes. 😕 Snacked on M&Ms that he doesn't need. Played with his pasta. Maintained his weight, yet he's still quite skinny.
Pray, obviously, that Asa eats. He nibbles. Need to move well beyond that. Please pray for our appointment with surgeon and chemo this week. We need to plan out the last of the details before surgery so our ducks are all in a row. Pray for wisdom as to whether or not to change out Asa's central line during surgery. Pray we get good rest this week in preparation. We are a bit short staffed with kids gone and others working, etc. Pray that God would ease some of the practical details around here. We aren't drowning, but normal planning, etc, is tougher during this season. Pray that fort is held down well and peaceably. We are still in search of vehicles and taking care of other household medical issues.
Thanks for hard workers, for days of fun, visiting, people willing to take my kids to camp. Grateful for God's continuous abundant provision for Asa and our family. Thanks for easy dinner and calm meal with little people. So used to feeding an army that it's strange to fix a small meal.
