Opened birthday presents the morning after the birthday. Seems we do that a lot because folks crash after full tummies of dinner and cake. But Asa was none the wiser and enjoyed the process more than his cake.
Please pray this week. It is the dicey week before surgery and we are here at house somewhat short staffed. We will try to relax and quietly prep for our hospital time. Pray for Dr. V as he prepares and operates on Asa's liver, scheduled for the 16th. We go in to clinic on Wednesday to discuss details. Pray for family and older kiddos who help hold down fort here in my absence. Pray for rest and a quick hospital release. Oh, and as usual, prayers for good health, zero germs.
Thanks today for jobs. They help. :). Thanks to Mustangers yet again. If anyone still wants a bracelet, we have a new shipment. Grateful for multiple hands and hubby who organizes and plans and big boy helpers. Thankful for baby smiles and happy play and Asa is thankful for KitKats.
