Saturday at house. Victory today in that Asa ate two grapes. Didn't dare give more, but yes, he likes grapes! And he likes coffee. Still. Not formula, not Blue Bell, but coffee, with half and half and sugar. And mommy milk. I guess both are caloric at least. He played with his peas at dinner. Reminds me of a song Andy used for an audition about O Lonely Peas still left on plate. Asa didn't think much of peas but he tried.
Please continue to pray Asa will eat, obviously. He will get NG tube on Monday if no real improvement. Really don't want to take that step backward, though know we might at surgery time if necessary. Please pray as we approach surgery, that Asa be well and counts normal. Pray for our family to manage this season of stress well. Lots of camp and travel activity this month.
Grateful for all chicks in nest a few days. Thankful for Barbiefests and room gutting. Glad hubby can be home and grateful for God's continued care for us in this tough valley.
