You take more pics when life seems so precious. Quiet day with kids catching up, Asa sleeping in. He's all over now, very much pushing his bounds standing with one hand, cruising the furniture even with weak, wobbly legs. He has maintained weight, if not increased slightly. He has taken his meds, even be it still reluctantly, but they have made it down.
Prayers that we would have more success with table food and/or bottle supplementation. Asa's playing with food, sitting in his seat poking himself and us with utensils, but consuming little. Please continue to pray for proper tumor shrinkage away and off of portal vein. Sometimes I feel like we may be praying for what has already happened, but until next week when they image, it's still an unknown. Pray for great wisdom for medical teams that convene to make decisions for Asa next week. Pray that Asa's central line hold up under wear and tear Asa style. Pray also that it flush well. It's been persnickety of late. Pray for Asa's skin. I feel like we are always doctoring it. He's so fair and everything irritates it.
Good news today that our little friend Caroline is feeling better and they are about to do a bone marrow transplant. Thanks today for the comfort and delight of sweet reflection of the celebration of Asa's uncle's home going. Freedom from pain is good but do continue to pray for Amie, Sophia, and Daniel. Thanks for good cooks, tough paperwork knocked out.
