6 weeks. Been here that long today. Tomorrow begins chemo round 2 or 2a. Quiet day in prep for chemo tomorrow. This is planned for 1pm. We would appreciate prayers for the docs, for Asa as he has to not eat for 6 hours prior (oh joy!), and for us as we have to manage him before and after. Please continue to pray for virus to be 100% gone. Pray that the specialized chemo be effective to shrink the tumor off of a remaining artery. Pray that Asa recover easily from this procedure. And pleeeeease pray for sleep. We need a good night around here.
Thanks today for lots of visitors and a fun lunch, superb coffee, watching God show up in little, faithful ways. Thank you for your prayers!
(And, yes, Asa yanked out his NG tube today. Little sneak! And while doc in room! Rather than torture him, they'll likely put it back tomorrow when he's under.)
