Uneventful day with Asa. we are still coming down off our ventilator sedation medication. This is day three of grouchy baby that won't sleep consistently at all. I feel like we are in rehab. Asa has decided nursing is now again very beneficial. We have been given marching orders and
should be moving out of ICU to oncology when a room becomes available. We would be thrilled to move somewhere where the bathroom is not a hike and they don't give baths at 4am. and food doesn't require leaving the room for every meal.
Please pray that virus leave. Pray that we get some sleep and the withdrawals will go away soon because they are very taxing on life and sleep. MRI is still 7:30am Monday. Pray that tumor has shrunk and docs see Gods hand. Non systemic chemo will be next week if the tumor proves not ready for removal. Please pray for good nurses, favor with good rotational docs over weekend and next week. Advocating for Asa still proves to be one of the more stressful things we do.
Thanks today for Tony staying to help with fussy Asa. Thanks for good conversations with friends and strangers and a visit from Andy. Thanks for orders to get out of the ICU nuthouse. Thanks for praying.
