Oh what fun it is coming off a ventilator! Imagine a toddler in a drug rehab clinic weaning off meds amounting to 2 hours sleep last night. Whee! Add in an order not to eat all day in prep for MRI anesthesia late afternoon only for the MRI to be bumped to Monday at 5pm and you get our day.
MRI is slotted non negotiable for 7:30am Monday to see if cancer has shrunk to the point of removeable.The radiologist will do special stuff on Monday to really see things clearly. If not, non systemic chemo will be done next week.
Pray for good docs and nurses over weekend. Pray for Gods will to be clear I'm decisions next week. A lot of people are involved in those decisions. Pray the virus leave NOW!! They will check those numbers on Monday. Pray Asa gets over his weaning off intubation meds now and that we get rest.
Thankful today for coffee and friends who brought that and breakfast and commiserating. Thankful for cat naps, an excellent nurse, and spiritual doors opened wide. Thanks to you for your prayers!!!!
