Good
We would have anticipated a day after chemo being rough, but Asa was pleasant today and slept some last night. He did run a low grade fever and puked a few times from anesthesia, but he also played and talked to the docs and nurses.
Please pray that Asa continues to recover uneventfully. Today brought good news of a lower protein marker for the cancer. We had what we hope is his last antiviral treatment today. Next week we will be checking viral numbers, praying for zero, looking to the next systemic chemo. Please pray that God heals Asa, uses the unique chemo done yesterday, and that chemo would shrink the tumor away from a main artery. As said before, there is a huuuuge shift change come Tuesday. Pray that we can negotiate that easily. Pray that God will use us as we are stuck here. And as always, please pray for sleeeeep.Thanks today for fun surprise visitors and lunch.
