Any signs of the evil adenovirus? - April 12, 2014

Quiet day on the Asa camp. Nice visit with siblings. He managed to break one of the leads to his central line again so swat team back for his fix a flat line repair. Between that and central line dressing change, Asa was a bit tired of b...eing messed with today, making it a good day for sibling visits. Have now added finding a solution to keep iv and central lines intact with a moving toddler to my list.

Please continue to pray for the same items. Trying to get virus clearance so we can at least break free of this room, truly hoping and praying to escape altogether. Pray that the ol' tumor shrink yet more. Pray that virus not rear it's head during count drop in the next few days. Electrolytes a bit improved today and making progress to moving to no extra feeding help. Pray for good and favorable doc interactions next week. We get a new attending doc. Pray that our interactions be a good witness with good attitude despite our weariness.

Thanks for those who hold down the fort and choc milkshakes I don't need. Thanks for kind folks who help with food burden at home making it one less stressor. Thanks for friends who step in to make life more normal
